Main geography of leads: Ukraine, the US and the EU.
Your key tasks and activities
Your key tasks and activities
Achieving the sales plan targets – signing agreements with new customers.
Managing leads: processing incoming leads, identifying their needs and qualifying them.
Guiding potential clients on their way from the first communication to contract signing; organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations, making presentations.
Documentary support. Preparing commercial offers, contracts, tender and other documents related to the sales process.
Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Organizing cooperation with other Microsoft partners for joint project work – search, negotiations, support of cooperation. Participating in cooperation with Microsoft.
Strategic and analytical work. Participating in preparation of sales and marketing strategies. Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell the company’s services.
Qualification
Qualification
At least 2 years of successful sales experiencein an IT or technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.).
Experience in communicating with customers from the US and/or the EU, understanding the specifics of doing business in such countries, and communicating with such customers.
Deep understanding of business needs for IT solutions, their types and purpose.
Will be an advantage: experience in sales of ERP or CRM implementation services (any vendor – Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft, 1C, etc.); experience working with Upwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of languages: English – Upper Intermediate or higher (including spoken), fluency in Ukrainian.
University degree.
Soft skills: energy, activity; interest in the services we provide; strong communication and presentation skills; ability and desire to build long-term relationships with clients.
