The demand for Innoware services and Microsoft solutions is constantly growing, particularly in Ukraine, due to the need for businesses to abandon russian software. Therefore, we are currently expanding our project team and inviting a candidate for the position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant.

About the projects

  • Implementation from scratch, support projects and upgrades to the new version.
  • System: D365 Customer Engagement.
  • Modules: Sales, Customer Insights, Field Service, Customer Service.
  • Customer geography: mainly Ukraine and the EU.

Key tasks

Key tasks

  • Communicating with clients. Holding meetings, communicating with clients to record their business processes.
  • Business analysis. Describing and analyzing the recorded customer business processes to set them up in D365 CE.
  • Configuring and setup of D365 CE functionality and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Document preparation. Creating project documentation, preparing technical specifications for the development team, coordinating and finalizing documents with clients.
  • Testing. Ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs and requirements.
  • Supporting clients during acceptance testing, deployment of new features, GoLive and further work.
  • Training key users, conducting demonstrations for customers.
  • Personal professional development. Learning new D365 CE functionality and Power Platform applications. Passing Microsoft certification.

In addition, in the future (or now, if you already have this experience):

  • Integrating D365 CE with other systems and applications.
  • Providing support during data migration.
  • Development as a Project Manager and/or System Architect.
  • Mentoring less experienced specialists.
  • Participating in pre-sale meetings with potential customers.

Your background

Your background

  • 1-3 years of experience in implementing, supporting or administering D365 Customer Engagement as a consultant / analyst.
  • Knowledge of standard D365 Customer Engagement functionality – Sales and/or Customer Insights, Field Service, Customer Service.
  • Understanding of the stages of a CRM system implementation project.
  • Understanding of why companies need a CRM system.
  • University degree – technical or economic (completed or studying for a master’s degree).
  • Language skills: fluency in Ukrainian, English – Upper-Intermediate or higher, including conversational, as we have foreign clients.

It will be an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with Power Platform – Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps.
  • Microsoft certification.

Soft skills: this role is perfect for people who are responsible, proactive, communicative, enjoy dynamic work and are willing to learn a lot.
