Recording of the webinar “Human Resources and Payroll without 1C: Real Experience of LEONI Ukraine”

On November 18, as part of the largest event in the field of finance – Ukrainian CFO Forum 2025, the Partner of the event on ERP and digital transformation of which is Innoware, the webinar “Human Resources and Payroll without 1C: Real Experience of LEONI Ukraine” was held.

Since Ukraine is confidently moving towards a complete ban on the use of russian software in the Ukrainian business space, the rejection of 1C is not a trend today, but a necessity. That is why we decided to talk about a worthy alternative to 1C\BAS – a modern solution for human resources and payroll, which fully complies with Ukrainian legislation and can be integrated with any ERP system.
