Scope and tasks
Position features:
- Accounting is maintained in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance We provide on-the-job training to do this.
- Main geography of counterparties: Ukraine, Europe, USA.
- Company’s activities: services of implementing Microsoft IT solutions – ERP, CRM and cloud business solutions (project activities) and licensing.
Your key tasks will primarily include:
- Issuing invoices and acceptance acts, sending them to counterparties via electronic document management systems (M.E.Doc, Vchasno).
- Interacting with counterparties: control of payments, mutual settlements, availability of primary documentation, reconciliation.
- Record keeping: maintaining registers, printing accounting documents, systemising and storing them.
And in the future, along with your professional development, you will expand your areas of responsibility, starting with working with tax invoices (issuing and controlling them).

Our expectations of your experience and knowledge:
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in tasks mentioned above as primarily ones.
- Education: complete higher education in a relevant field or final year of study (Master’s degree).
- Professional knowledge: strong knowledge of accounting legislation and national accounting standards. Will be an advantage, but not required: experience in accounting in western ERP systems – Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Knowledge of languages: English – Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher, with the ability to work with documents and the interface of the accounting system in English. Fluent and competent knowledge of Ukrainian language.
- Personal qualities: analytical thinking, attention to detail, punctuality, sociability, openness to new knowledge.
- Career plans: desire to learn and develop in accounting field.

Working conditions:
- Hybrid format: ~ 3-4 days – remotely, ~ 1-2 days – in our office in Kyiv, when there is a need to work with paper documents. The office is located at 3 Sholudenka St., Cubic BC (Polytechnic Institute metro station / Okhmatdyt bus station).
- Standard working hours (Monday – Friday, 9-18). By the way, we stand for work-life balance.
- Salary level: UAH 20 000 for the probationary period (first 3 months) and UAH 25 000 after the probationary period (net amounts are indicated, after deduction of taxes). Systematic review based on performance.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
