Your key goals on this position

Supporting existing Innoware B2B clients in matters of licensing, documentation, payments, etc.
Maintaining customer loyalty.

Customers geography: Ukraine and all civilized world.
What products our clients use: Microsoft cloud, ERP and CRM solutions.

Your tasks

Forming requests for invoices, providing payment control, re-signing of agreements. All this – in cooperation with your colleagues from financial and legal departments.
Selecting licenses, calculating and registering licenses purchase for customers to use Microsoft solutions, maintaining relevance of accounts and licenses.
Controlling prompt and timely provision of services to clients, including transferring applications to system engineers.
Identifying new needs of existing customers.
Providing information about Innoware solutions and services to existing customers upon their requests.
Planning interaction with each client.
Monitoring customer satisfaction.

Qualification

1+ years of work experience with B2B clients: customer support / sales support / key account management / subscription department / administrative or technical support / office management, etc.
Experience in working with documents, administration of relevant processes: control of accounts, filling out of agreements, other accompanying documents.
University degree – complete or senior year student.
Confidence with standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook must have).
English – Upper Intermediate or higher, fluent Ukrainian.

Not must have but will be an advantage:

Experience in supporting clients that use SaaS solutions: ERP, CRM, cloud etc.
Experience with CRM systems.
