Dmytro Popinako – speaker of the national lecture of the large-scale acceleration program for women entrepreneurs “Brave 3. Digital evolution of business”

“Vidvazhna” is the first large-scale acceleration program in Ukraine that helps women entrepreneurs transform traditional businesses into digitally mature and competitive ones. The educational system is built on 9 key sectors of digital maturity, namely from digital marketing to cybersecurity. The project builds on the success of the first two seasons, combining the experience of participants, experts and partners into a strong ecosystem for female entrepreneurship.

The new season of the visionary women’s accelerator “Vidvazhna 3. Digital Evolution of Business” is implemented by the network of entrepreneur support Diya.Business in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development with the assistance of UNDP Ukraine and financial support from the Government of Japan within the framework of the project “Transformational Recovery for the Security of People in Ukraine” and the global initiative She’s Next Empowered by Visa, in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association.

The grant fund of the program is 6 million UAH:

• main prize – 1.5 million UAH;
• 14 semi-finalists will receive 300,000 UAH each;
• 3 participants of the National Lecture will receive 100,000 UAH each.

This year, the program brought together the best digital transformation experts – practitioners with real experience in implementing IT technologies that help Ukrainian companies grow and remain competitive in the face of digital change.

Innoware – a consulting company with over twenty years of experience in implementing ERP and CRM solutions, joins the program to support and train female entrepreneurs who confidently compete in the domestic and global markets through innovation, sustainability and technology.

Dmytro Popinako, CEO of Innoware – is one of the speakers of the national lecture, and on November 17 will give a 1.5-hour lecture on the topic “Reliable digital infrastructure. Creating a Sustainable Digital Ecosystem”, where will share with the participants of “Vidvazhna 3” his vision of digital business transformation: how to remain competitive in today’s rapidly changing business environment.

Also, among the main topics of the lecture are:

• The importance of a sustainable digital ecosystem in the conditions of geopolitical instability
• The Microsoft ecosystem as an example of a modern platform for business management
• Cybersecurity: data protection in the modern Microsoft IT landscape
• Business management systems as one of the key elements of digital transformation
• Steps to building a sustainable digital ecosystem

The lecture will be followed by an interactive question and answer session, which will allow participants to delve deeper into the topic and immediately apply knowledge into practice.
