Head of Marketing

And now we are inviting an experienced specialist for the position of a Head of Marketing with a focus on digital marketing and promoting Innoware services in the USA, European and Ukrainian markets.

Key goals of the position:

• Increase in lead generation in target markets: USA, EU, Ukraine.
• Support and development of internal marketing communications.
• Effective marketing management.

Key tasks:

• Developing and managing the company’s marketing strategy with a focus on digital marketing.
• Creating marketing & content writing strategies.
• Planning marketing budgets.
• Developing current and launching new marketing channels of IT services selling.
• Lead generation sequences management, developing conversion strategies.
• Creating and managing campaigns in LinkedIn, Google, social networks etc.; setting and measuring of ROI, KPIs and other metrics across all campaigns.
• PR: organization of webinars, running a corporate blog, managing external publications, infographics.
• Working with sales team to create content for all digital channels.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
• Coordinating work of marketing specialists; involving additional specialists.
• Building a system of work with other Innoware specialists who are involved in marketing activity.
• Coordination of partner marketing with Microsoft.

Qualification:

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Head of Marketing or similar positions (Marketing Generalist etc.).
• Experience in promoting IT or technological solutions / services in Europe and / or the USA (B2B).
• Experience with lead generation tools and channels.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing effective social media targeted advertising campaigns, understanding of SEO.
• Experience in coordinating of work of marketing specialists, including outsourcing and freelance ones.
• Nice to have: experience in marketing team management.
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Optimism in the face of challenges.
• Ability to think “out of the box”.
• Proactive and communicative.
• English – strong Upper-Intermediate or higher; fluent Ukrainian.
