Hurry to purchase Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses at current prices before October 1, 2025

Microsoft announced a price increase for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses, effective October 1, 2025. This is the first price adjustment in the last five years. The updated license costs reflect significant enhancements added to the ERP system – from expanded capabilities of the production module and advanced financial analytics to more effective integration with Microsoft Power Platform and active development of AI assistant Copilot.

With the price change, Microsoft is also increasing the default storage allocation for each user license, helping companies meet growing data storage needs without additional costs and partially offsetting the price increase.

Note: The Team Member license price ($8/month) remains unchanged. The price update only applies to Essentials, Premium and Device licenses.

The new prices will take place on October 1, 2025, for all new customers. For existing customers, the price update will occur after the next renewal of their active contract, which will take place following the price increase after October 1, 2025. Until October 1, 2025, Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses can still be purchased at current prices.
