Despite the challenges of the full-scale invasion of the russian aggressor, Ukrainian business continues to exist, develop and inspire. One of the striking examples of the resilience of Ukrainian entrepreneurship and the ability to adapt to new realities of doing business is the story of Innoware, shared by the company’s CEO Dmytro Popinako in a video interview for Let’s Talk, organized by the European Business Association (EBA).

Dmytro told the story of the creation of the Innoware brand and the stages of the company’s development, about the challenges in the modern market of accounting systems in Ukraine, why domestic businesses need to abandon post-soviet software in favor of ERP systems proven by world practice and what opportunities already exist for this, as well as about the future adaptation to international standards and the potential for the country’s digital transformation in the context of European integration.

In addition, the CEO of Innoware shares his own experience of managing a company under occupation, the interview mentions the challenges for Ukrainian business caused by the war, using the example of Innoware. Also in the conversation, Dmytro talks about his hobbies and leisure activities, and finally addresses young entrepreneurs, giving advice on forming the right worldview and the necessary skills to realize personal potential.
