Microsoft 365 E3 and Microsoft 365 E5 licenses are now available with a fixed three-year subscription term
June 2025
Microsoft is constantly improving its cloud platform Microsoft 365 to meet the needs of businesses that value flexibility, long-term stability and cost transparency in managing their IT infrastructure.
Starting June 1, 2025, three-year licenses of Microsoft 365 E3 (no Teams), Microsoft 365 E5 (no Teams) and Microsoft Teams Enterprise become available for purchase under the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Now the companies have the option to purchase three-year subscriptions of end-of-sale (EOS) licenses as well, specifically Microsoft 365 E3 (with Teams) and Microsoft 365 E5 (with Teams).
Starting July 1, 2025, organizations will also be able to purchase a three-year subscription to the Microsoft 365 E5 Security suite.
The licenses will be available both with a one-time payment for the full three years and with an annual billing model. A three-year subscription provides price protection for the entire term, helping businesses avoid cost increases and ensuring predictable spending. In this way, Microsoft creates conditions for a seamless migration from Enterprise Agreements (EA) to CSP, guaranteeing companies the predictable pricing typical for EA, but with the additional flexibility and scalability provided by CSP.
As an official Microsoft partner, Innoware offers to clients the opportunity to purchase Microsoft 365 licenses with a three-year term and an additional 10% discount to clients.
