Maintain strong partner relations with Microsoft, develop and improve their effectiveness.
Increase sales through Microsoft partnership programs.
Increase Innoware brand awareness through the Microsoft partner channel in Ukraine and abroad.

Partnership with Microsoft:
Maintain systematic communication, establish new relationships with Microsoft representatives to maintain the current partnership, reach agreements on new terms of cooperation, participate in activities, and discuss strategic plans.
Monitor changes and innovations in Microsoft’s partnership system, policies, solutions, and strategies; keep a finger on the pulse of new opportunities from Microsoft for Innoware’s business development and end customers.
Ensure that Innoware is displayed correctly and up to date on Microsoft portals, programs, and other resources. Work with Microsoft Partner Center to ensure that information is up-to-date.
Support for the internal team:
Maintain systematic communication with internal stakeholders about the terms of cooperation with Microsoft, inform them about changes and new opportunities – programs, solutions, policies, licensing; share all useful information and news related to the partnership and the Microsoft solutions market.
Maintain the relevance of current information materials and develop new ones that help internal stakeholders in their work with clients.
Organize interaction with Microsoft on joint marketing – webinars, forums, preparation of PR materials, etc.
Ensure that Innoware’s marketing activities, materials, and localization solutions comply with Microsoft brand standards.
If necessary, participate in negotiations with Enterprise customers and prepare proposals for such customers.
Professional development:
Attend Microsoft and Innoware trainings and seminars.
Systematically collect and analyse competitor and customer market data related to Microsoft solutions and use this data for strategic planning.
Qualification
Qualification
Experience in managing partner network in IT/Tech companies.
Will be an advantage – experience in managing a partnership with an international IT/Tech vendor – Microsoft or SAP, Oracle, IBM, Google, Amazon, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft, etc.
Experience in cross-functional work and managing relationships with specialists of different positions.
Deep understanding of business needs for IT solutions, their types and purpose.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Will be an advantage: knowledge of the Microsoft solutions ecosystem, including the Dynamics 365.
Language skills: English – Upper Intermediate or higher (including spoken), fluency in Ukrainian.
University degree in economics or IT.
Soft skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with people and conduct successful negotiations.
Result orientation, proactivity.
