The Outbound Marketing module has been disabled. What should you do if you haven’t migrated yet from Outbound Marketing to Real-time Journeys

To remain effective in a competitive business environment, companies must be flexible and implement innovative solutions. Microsoft improves its products and following current marketing trends, offers an updated solution – Real–time Journeys (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys) to replace the Outbound Marketing module (Dynamics 365 Marketing).

Microsoft previously announced that Dynamics 365 Marketing would be removed on June 30, 2025. However, some users may still have access to the module and some of its functionalities.

If your company’s business processes have not yet been migrated from Dynamics 365 Marketing to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, you still could complete the migration by August 31, 2025. After that date, the Dynamics 365 Marketing module will be permanently shut down: data access will disappear from the interface and the functionality of the solution will become unavailable to all users.
