Small Ukrainian businesses that recognize the risks of further use of russian software (1C, BAS) and want to use the modern, globally recognized ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, can receive a voucher to support their migration project from hostile accounting systems to the package solutions “IW Finance+”, “IW Trade” and “IW HR&Payroll” developed by Innoware specialists.
This opportunity is part of the pilot program “ERP Vouchers for MSMEs” supported by European donors.
Package solutions “IW Finance+”, “IW Trade” and “IW HR&Payroll”, developed on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specifically for small and medium-sized businesses, are ready-to-use, pre-configured solutions that can be implemented and used immediately after installation. Package solutions are fully adapted to the needs of Ukrainian small businesses and enable companies to operate in full compliance with Ukrainian tax and accounting regulations.
The goal of the “ERP Vouchers for MSMEs” program is to accelerate the digital transformation of Ukrainian businesses by replacing hostile software with modern solutions that guarantee increased competitiveness and reliability of IT infrastructure in the face of continuously growing cyber threats from the aggressor state.
The initiative is implemented within the international cooperation programs Digital Transformation of SMEs in Eastern Partnership Countries and STEP IN 2 EU, co-financed by the governments of Germany and Norway and the European Union under the EU4Business initiative, and implemented by the German federal company GIZ. The implementing partner of the program is the IT Ukraine Association.
The program is open to companies that:
- are registered in Ukraine as a legal entity or a sole proprietor (Group 3);
- are microenterprises (up to 10 employees and annual revenue of up to 2 million euros) or small enterprises (up to 50 employees and annual revenue of up to 10 million euros);
- are not subject to sanctions and have no ties to russia or belarus;
- are not bankrupt and have no outstanding tax liabilities;
- are ready to provide ongoing support for the software after the voucher period ends;
- have been operating for more than two years.
The program targets Ukrainian small businesses operating in sectors with high added value and export potential. These include companies in the food industry, woodworking and furniture manufacturing, such industries like textiles, clothing, footwear, electronics and instrumentation manufacturing, as well as IT companies that develop their own digital products or provide services for export.
