In general, Materialise has been using various Dynamics 365 solutions for business management for quite a while, which is why we were primarily looking for a partner who has experience working with international companies and can help us with support for all of the Dynamics 365 apps that we use. Innoware specialists quickly and easily navigated our corporate rules and procedures. We were pleasantly impressed by the structured approach of Innoware to the support process. In particular, when solving problems, consultants always offer several alternatives to solving the request and note each of their key advantages and disadvantages. They carefully listen to our wishes and consider the restrictions that our internal procedures impose on the processes. At the same time, all agreements and results of the completed settings and developments are recorded in detail and displayed in the appropriate tracking system.
We started our cooperation with Innoware with support for Dynamics 365 CRM, and a year later, we expanded our interaction and involved Innoware specialists in the implementation project of Dynamics 365 Finance/Supply Chain Management. The involvement of “external” consultants with extensive practical experience in implementation allowed us to strengthen our internal project team and work out the risks we had not noticed before. Following the advice of colleagues at Innoware, we adjusted our implementation plan and added additional steps and checks to it, which reduced the overall risks of the project and increased our confidence that the launch of the new system would meet our expectations.
