What you’ll work with:
Sell Microsoft IT solutions for business – implementation, support services + licenses for ERP and CRM systems of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Your main geography of leads: Ukraine and the EU.

Processing inbound leads received through digital channels, phone calls, and those received after outbound campaigns.
Qualifying leads, determining the needs of potential clients, providing them with the first information about our services.
Communicating with our managers, organizing and coordinating meetings with potential clients.
Participating in preparation of documents necessary for successful cooperation with clients – commercial offers, contracts, etc. Coordinating these processes.
Conducting outbound campaigns (warm leads only).
Participating in organizing cooperation with partners for joint work on projects – search, organizing negotiations, supporting cooperation. Participating in cooperation with Microsoft.
Active cooperation with marketing colleagues: participating in preparation of marketing materials, participating in marketing activities aimed at attracting potential customers (events, webinars, etc.), and also providing suggestions for increasing lead generation, because you will make the first contact with leads and will know them very well!
Qualification
Qualification
1-3 years of experience in sales, account management or marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Language skills: English – Upper Intermediate or higher (including spoken), fluency in Ukrainian.
University graduate or master’s degree student, good academic performance.
It will be an advantage if you’ve got experience in an IT or technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS, Telecom, IoT, etc.). It’s also great if you have at least theoretical knowledge of the types of IT solutions for business.
