Innoware at the “Time to Work 2024” Project: supporting youth and developing professional skills

From November 12-14, the Third National Interuniversity Career Event “Time to Work 2024” took place. This is the third joint project that unites the largest universities from Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Poltava, and stakeholders who make a significant contribution to the professional development of Ukrainian youth.

The goal of the event is to bring together university and business communities, as well as provide an opportunity to share professional knowledge with students and graduates.

Innoware was represented by Viktoriia Ilienko, who shared her journey in IT consulting, starting as an intern and advancing to the role of Head of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Viktoriia discussed the key skills necessary for success in this field and explained the aspects of CRM consultant work.

Students actively interacted with speakers, asking questions in the chat. At the end of the session, the author of the most interesting question received a gift from Innoware.
