  • Account Management of the partner network for Innoware Business Central package solutions https://businesscentral-smallbiz.innoware.ua/, Ukrainian market: documentary and information support of partners, processing of applications.
  • Sales support – work with “warm” leads for ERP solutions, mainly for Business Central packages. Processing incoming leads, qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, organizing and coordinating meetings.
  • Registering purchase of licenses for customers to use Business Central, keeping accounts and licenses up to date.
  • Documentary support. Preparing IT contracts based on ready-made templates and other documents related to the sales process. Initiation of invoicing, fulfilling payment control.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and customers.
  • Further development of the partner network.
  • Participating in Sales & Marketing activities together with colleagues.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience working with B2B clients: Customer Support and/or Sales.
  • Experience in working with documents, administrating correspondent processes: controlling invoices, processing agreements and other supporting documents.
  • University degree, preferably in economics or IT. High academic performance.
  • Proficient use of standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook are must have).
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher, fluent Ukrainian.

Experience that is not required, but will be an advantage:

  • Experience in supporting clients that use SaaS solutions: ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Soft skills:

  • Systematic, responsible, with an administrative approach, ability to plan your time.
  • Communication skills, tactfulness.
  • Focus on quality customer support, attention to detail.
  • Openness to new knowledge, willingness to learn a lot.
