Areas of responsibility

Goal on the position is to maintain complex and systematic accounting of all economic operations of the enterprise in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Key tasks:

Accounting of two legal entities.
Interaction with counterparties: control of payments, mutual settlements, availability of primary documentation, reconciliation.
Full accounting of fixed assets, material values, intangible assets, settlements with debtors and creditors, accounting of expenses and income, systematic reconciliations.
Formation and submission of accounting and tax reporting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Providing a complete list of salary calculations, formation of salary reports (ESV, 1-DF, 1-PV).
Control of document flow, including electronic one in M.E.Doc and Vchasno systems, ensuring correct and timely processing of documents (formation, verification, registration).
Interaction with tax and other state control bodies, inspections, funds in the field of taxes, payments as needed.
Monitoring of current legislation and timely implementation of changes to the company’s accounting.

Position features:

Accounting is fulfilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O We teach this directly on the job.
Basic geography of counterparties: Ukraine, Europe, USA.
What products our customers use: Microsoft ERP, CRM and cloud business solutions.
Main company’s activity: consulting services, services for the implementation of IT solutions (project activity), licensing.

Qualification

Professional requirements:

3+ years of work experience in the areas indicated above in the list of tasks.
Experience as a single accountant.
Excellent knowledge of accounting legislation and national standards of P(S)BO.
University degree in accounting or finance.
English – at least Pre-Intermediate (A2), fluent and competent in Ukrainian language.
Will be an advantage: accounting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Finance and SCM / FO / AX / Axapta) or other western ERP systems – Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.
