The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals has been successful at ELCORE GROUP

The Elcore Group has successfully implemented a Partner Self-Service Portal based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals. The project was implemented by consulting company Microsoft partner with Gold ERP and CRM competencies.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals implementation – is not the first project that was implemented by Innoware for Elcore Group. Successful cooperation between the companies has lasted for more than five years. During this period, Innoware specialists performed several projects. At the beginning of 2016 at the implementation of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, at the next stage Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM system was implemented, where the sales activities and customer service management is done. Today, Elcore Group actively continues its business development, as well as integrates all its business processes into a single high-tech environment, complementing it with the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals implementation was a logical continuation of the company’s business development focused on the formation of transparent and effective cooperation with its partners. The main purpose of the Portal implementation is to reach a new, modern level of communication, in which partners have access to Elcore Group’s services 24/7 and can quickly make decisions and inform their customers about actual order statuses.

Dynamics 365 Portals’ implementation has expanded Elcore Group’s online presence. Thanks to the seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals with modern ERP and CRM systems (MS Dynamics AX 2012, MS Dynamics 365 for Sales), visiting the personal account on the Self-Service Portal, Elcore Group partners can see all the information they need for productive and comfortable work, in particular: a history of orders and settlements, price lists, including partner discounts, prices, payment invoices, etc. Based on this data, the partners can themselves form new orders and monitor the statuses of the existing ones at any time, and, if necessary, apply to the Elcore Group service department.

Also, during the project, Dynamics 365 Portals was integrated with ZOOMOS system, which provides detailed information about products (attributes, descriptions, photos) for better purchasing experience of Elcore Group’s partners and lessening time spent by product managers of the company for products feature explanations.

According to Yevgeni Morozov, Deputy Director for Strategic Development of Elcore Group: “Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals allows our partners to be more independent, makes working with us as a supplier, more attractive, modern and convenient. After the implementation of the Portal, our partners will be able to manage their orders independently, plan their activities and make qualitative and fast decisions based on the availability of all data.”

Dynamics 365 Portal’s launch was held in several stages. The partners were the first to gain access to the system. Soon, the Self-Service Portal will be available to all partners of the company located in Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan.
