Key goals of the position

Preparing texts for all company resources: websites, social media etc.
Preparing and distributing corporate news, customer success stories, promotional materials.
Participating in preparation, implementation and updating of the marketing plan.

Main functions

Creating text content for corporate websites and online publications, LinkedIn, YouTube, social media, namely: writing texts of posts, news, summaries to articles (Ukrainian and English).
Updating sites’ structures and information on pages in accordance with market trends.
Organizing webinars that are conducted by experienced Innoware specialists.
Organizing cooperation with media resources.
Preparing promotional materials.
Maintaining company’s corporate pages in social media.
Setting tasks for designers to create visual content.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
Coordinating partner marketing with Microsoft and other companies.
Proposing changes and innovations to improve marketing and PR effectiveness.

Together in a team with the Head of Marketing you will participate:

In development and management of the marketing strategy.
In planning and approval of marketing budget.
In developing existing and launching new marketing channels for selling IT services.
In organizing internal PR activity.

Qualification

3+ years of experience as a specialist in marketing, PR, advertising, etc.
Experience in B2B – IT, consulting, technology, etc.
Will be an advantage: experience in marketing of services related to ERP / CRM / SaaS / cloud business solutions.
Marketing experience in Western markets.
Experience in writing texts of different volumes for various resources – articles, news, posts, summaries, announcements, etc.
Ability to set technical specifications for a designer and coordinate his/her work.
Ability to organize and control implementation of marketing projects.
Experience in maintaining company social media sites.
Experience with CRM systems.
English – strong Upper-Intermediate or higher; fluent Ukrainian (speaking and writing).
Initiative, sociability, responsibility.
Willingness to learn new things, in particular to develop in digital marketing.
