Your key goals on this position

Your key goals on this position

  • Support and development of communications with potential business clients – top managers and owners of companies. “Cold” and “warm” calling.
  • Organization of meetings with potential clients.
  • Preparation and distribution of company news, Innoware customer success stories, promotional materials.
  • Participation in preparing and holding of events for potential clients.

Your tasks will become

Your tasks will become

  • Making calls and organizing further communication with “cold” and “warm” leads.
  • Creating text content for corporate websites and online publications, LinkedIn, YouTube, social media, namely: writing texts of posts, news, summaries to articles (Ukrainian and English).
  • Participating in organizing events for potential customers, that are conducted by experienced Innoware specialists – webinars, seminars, roundtable meetings, business forums etc.
  • Organizing cooperation with media resources.
  • Preparing promotional materials.
  • Setting tasks for designers to create visual content.
  • Studying the market, analyzing trends.

Together in a team with the Head of Marketing you will participate

  • In the development and management of communication with potential customers.
  • In the development of existing and launch of new marketing channels for selling IT services.
  • In planning and approval of marketing budget.
  • In organizing internal PR activity.

Qualification

Qualification

  • Education – university degree or last year student in Economy fields.
  • High academic results.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, to work in IT consulting.
  • Willingness to develop in marketing and sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Initiative, responsibility, readiness for intensive and multitasking work.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales will be an advantage.
  • English – strong Upper-Intermediate or higher; fluent in Ukrainian (speaking and writing).
