Microsoft announced a price increase for the monthly payment plan for annual subscriptions from April 1, 2025

From April 1, 2025, the prices for Microsoft product licenses will increase by 5%. These changes will only affect customers using licenses paid monthly as part of an annual commitment. Therefore, the prices for annual subscriptions with annual billing, as well as monthly subscriptions with monthly billing will remain unchanged.

The update aims to ensure standardized and consistent pricing across all platforms. The changes will apply to the following product groups:

• Microsoft 365
• Office 365
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Enterprise Mobility + Security
• Windows 365
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services
• Other Online Services

If your company uses the monthly billing model, you can avoid the price increase by switching to licenses with annual billing.

• A 15% discount on annual subscriptions with annual billing for Microsoft 365 E5 and Microsoft 365 E5 (no Teams). Valid until July 1, 2025.
• A 15% discount on Copilot for Microsoft 365 with the purchase of 10+ licenses. Valid until April 1, 2025.
