Key areas of responsibility

Key areas of responsibility

Your customers will primarily be European, USA and Ukrainian companies that operate in various areas.
Services that you will sell: implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions – ERP and CRM systems. Our project teams consist of professional consultants, developers and system engineers that implement Microsoft solutions on a high-level quality.

Your key functions will be:

  • Processing of incoming leads, leads qualification, identifying customer needs.
  • Guiding potential clients on their way from the first communication to contract signing; organizing and coordinating meetings, conducting negotiations.
  • Conducting presentations, preparing commercial offers, contracts, other documents connected with the sales process.
  • Participating in preparation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Organizing cooperation with other Microsoft partners for joint work under projects – search, negotiations, support of cooperation.
  • Preparing documents for participation in tenders.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell the company’s services.

Qualification

Qualification

  • 4+ years of successful experience in sales of B2B services – IT, consulting, technology etc.
  • Sales experience in the USA or European countries.
  • Will be an advantage: experience in selling services connected with ERP / CRM / SaaS / cloud business solutions.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced or strong Upper Intermediate English, fluent Ukrainian.
  • Active, result-driven and positive attitude.
  • Communicative, able to build long-term relationships with potential and current customers.
