System Engineer, Microsoft Cloud Solutions

And now we are expanding our project team and inviting a specialist for the position of Systems Engineer specializing in Microsoft Cloud Solutions to participate in external projects and support internal IT infrastructure.

Stack and key tasks

Stack:

Cloud Solutions: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365.
Server products: Windows Server, SQL Server, Business Central Server
Programming: Python, PowerShell.

Key tasks at this position:

Participating in projects for the implementation, configuration and upgrade of Microsoft cloud services and server software – developing and implementing solutions in accordance with customer business needs and Microsoft solutions functionality.
Performing maintenance and support of client infrastructure.
Participating in writing project documentation and technical specifications.
Maintaining internal IT infrastructure, conducting IT onboarding for new employees.
Learning new versions of Microsoft cloud services, passing correspondent international certification and annual assessments to confirm qualifications.

Qualification, personal qualities

At least 3 years of experience in engineering position – System Engineer, Data Engineer, System Administrator, etc.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions and platforms: Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server or cloud analogues.
Understanding of basic IP networking technologies: Routing, VPN, DNS.
Programming skills, development experience.
Skills in processing and closing technical requests.
Experience in writing technical documentation.
Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level, as we work both with Ukrainian and foreign projects.
Complete higher education in technical or IT fields OR certification in Microsoft or AWS technology stack.
Soft skills: responsibility, consistency, initiative, interest in professional development.

Will be an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Experience in ensuring IT infrastructure security.
Python, JS and/or PowerShell programming skills.
Microsoft or AWS certification.
Experience in business process automation.
