Innoware is the developer of the specialized module IW HR&Payrol, which provides HR and payroll accounting in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. The application allows you to effectively manage information about employees, register HR events and absences, maintain time sheets, and automatically calculate salary.
The IW HR&Payroll solution allows you to effectively manage work related to HR: centralize all HR information, track attendance, optimize the hiring process – control open vacancies and review candidates with detailed information on each person, control the granting of vacations, sick leave and track other absences, automatically perform the payroll process and generate regulated reporting based on data in the system.
The solution developed based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, can be integrated with any other system.
Main functional capabilities of IW HR&Payroll
1. Personnel accounting:
- Maintaining a list of individuals who can become employees, already work or have worked in the company.
- Maintaining employees who are currently employed.
- Maintaining data on military registration, documents (passport, driver’s license, etc.), previous places of work and qualifications, medical information, contacts of relatives, etc.
- Accounting for personnel events: hiring, transfer, change of job parameters, dismissal.
2. Timesheet accounting:
- Accounting for absence orders: vacation, sick leave, business trips, work on weekends, other absences (mobilization, absenteeism, etc.).
- Maintaining advance and salary timesheets.
- Maintaining vacation periods with control of their balances, vacation schedules and vacation reserve.
3. Salary calculation:
- Maintaining documents for calculating advance payments, salaries, and interim payments.
- Automatic calculation in the salary document of accruals and deduction elements that are required legally, payment of bonuses, alimony, executive orders, other regular/irregular accruals and withholdings.
- Maintaining payment information in the context of different methods of salary payment (cash, bank accounts).
- Ability to create corrective timesheets and salary documents for making corrections after salary payment.
4. Printed forms and regulated reporting:
- Formation of printed forms: P-2, Staffing table, Timesheet, pay slip, printed forms of personnel orders and absence orders.
- Setting up and creating information by type of calculations for analyzing accruals to employees within the month.
- Formation of statistical information 1-PV (monthly and quarterly)
- Formation of Appendices 1, 4, 5 of the Unified Reporting with export of .xml files.
