From now on sales management and maintaining services are available for ELCORE GROUP companies, which are located in 9 countries (Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan), at MS Dynamics 365 for Sales. Also, all the information concerning presale activities and communication with potential and current customers is gathered 24/7 in the system.
In addition, within the framework of the project, there was developed a comprehensive ecosystem where two products of CRM and ERP were integrated (MS Dynamics 365 for Sales and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
The next step is the full implementation of Self-Services Portal based on MS Dynamics 365 Portals and integration with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 family products.
