Demonstration of the functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys system

Previously, we talked about the changes that took place in Dynamics 365 Marketing and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights applications. We remind you that in September 2023, Microsoft combined them into a single solution with the common name Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Dynamics 365 Marketing has been renamed Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights has been renamed Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data.

Now we introduce you to Dynamics 365 Customer insights – Journeys (formerly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing) in more detail. It is a comprehensive, modern marketing solution that focuses on personalized customer experience and provides exceptionally deep and versatile interaction with potential customers.
