Key tasks at the position

Supporting internal IT infrastructure, IT onboarding for new employees.
Learning technologies that are new for you.
Participation in external projects of Microsoft solutions implementation for Innoware clients from different countries and industries.

Stack

Cloud Solutions: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365.
Server products: Windows Server, SQL Server, Business Central Server etc.

Qualification

Our expectations regarding your experience and knowledge:

You’ve got at least 1 year of work experience as a System/Data Engineer or System Administrator.
You are a senior year student (4^th year or master’s level) or a graduate in IT, computer science, cybernetics, mathematics, other technical or IT directions.
You’ve got knowledge of Microsoft solutions and platforms: Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server or cloud analogs.
You understand the basic technologies of IP networks: Routing, VPN, DNS.
You’ve got experience in processing and closing technical requests, writing technical documentation.
You are fluent in Ukrainian and know English at Upper-Intermediate level because we work both with Ukrainian and foreign projects.
You have a responsible attitude to work, take initiative and strive to develop your skills.

It will be an advantage if you’ve got work experience with such technologies and processes, or relevant strong knowledge confirmed by university studies or courses:

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure.
PowerShell.
Processes and tools for ensuring IT infrastructure security.
Automation of business processes.
Programming (any languages).
It’s also great if you already got Microsoft certifications or you’re now preparing for the exam.

Functions

In the Cloud Solutions team, you will:

Maintain internal IT infrastructure: create accounts, provide access to environments, configure office equipment, conduct IT onboarding for new employees, provide answers to employee requests.
Study new versions of Microsoft cloud services, pass relevant international certification, pass annual assessments to confirm qualifications.
Participate in projects of implementation, set-up, upgrades of Microsoft cloud services and server software – together with senior colleagues, develop and implement solutions according to customer business needs and the functionality of Microsoft products.
Perform maintenance and support of client infrastructure.
Participate in writing project documentation and technical tasks.
