Stack

Cloud Solutions: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365.
Server products: Windows Server, SQL Server, Business Central Server etc.

Key tasks

Participating in projects of implementation, set-up, upgrades of Microsoft cloud services and server software – developing and implementing solutions according to customer business needs and the functionality of Microsoft products.
Performing maintenance and support of client infrastructure.
Maintaining internal IT infrastructure, conducting IT onboarding for new employees.
Participating in writing project documentation and technical tasks.
Studying new versions of Microsoft cloud services, passing relevant international certification, passing annual assessments to confirm qualifications.

Qualification

Must-have:

3+ years of experience as a System Engineer or System Administrator.
Graduate in IT, computer science, cybernetics, mathematics etc.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions and platforms: Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server or cloud analogues.
Understanding of the basic technologies of IP networks: Routing, VPN, DNS.
Ability to process and close technical requests.
Experience in writing technical documentation.
Fluent in Ukrainian; Upper-Intermediate English, because we work both with Ukrainian and foreign projects.
Soft skills: responsibility, systematicity, proactiveness, interest in developing your skills.

Will be an advantage:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Experience in ensuring IT infrastructure security.
Experience with PowerShell.
Experience in automating business processes.
Knowledge of programming languages.
Microsoft certification.
