We held the internship for future business analysts on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system, and three wonderful young specialists have joined our team!

During 6 intense weeks, interns learned from experienced mentors, carried out practical cases based on projects of Ukrainian and international companies, set up MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system and performed demonstrations of the settings fulfilled. At the internship, the participants got an idea of projects for CRM system implementation and their value for modern business, of teamwork, project tasks and development opportunities as a CRM consultant.

We combined online trainings with effective meetings in the office. At offline days, trainees participated in Q&A sessions, trainings and presented their fulfilled tasks.
