Insurance company INGO Ukraine reveals the potential of cloud infrastructure
The client
PJSC Joint Stock Insurance Company INGO Ukraine is one of the largest insurance companies in Ukraine with over 25 years of experience. It consistently occupies a leading position in terms of the number of insurance claims paid out and is included in the group of the largest insurance companies in Ukraine in terms of premiums and the value of its own assets.
Issues encountered
The insurance market is highly competitive, to stay in the game you have to move faster and perform better. That`s why, when the software used ceased to meet modern business requirements, and its modernization required significant investments, the management of INGO Ukraine decided to replace the existing infrastructure with a modern Microsoft 365 cloud solution.
Ways out
To solve the problems, we developed a project plan, which included the following tasks:
- Set up Active Directory Integration to work with Microsoft 365
- Migration of 550 mailboxes
- Migration of 100 shared mailboxes
- Migration user contacts
- Training of the IT department in the basics of managing Microsoft 365
- Company employees training to work with Microsoft 365 services
- Company employees support within 2 months after migration
