cloud solution to proceed transition to an

The client
Datagroup is a leading Ukrainian telecommunications operator providing communication services for business and home. The company operates in all segments of data transmission and Internet access, telephony and television, video conferencing and video surveillance, satellite communications, and cloud solutions.
Issues encountered
In connection with the company’s transition to an independent business unit, there was a need to organize employees’ daily work with the help of modern, functional, and cost-effective services. The choice was made in favor of migration to Microsoft 365 in a situation of early separation from the main group of companies.
Ways out
To achieve the client’s goals, we developed a project plan that included the following tasks:
- Active Directory domain creation and set up for work with Office 365
- 1500 employee’s accounts and passwords synchronization
- OneDrive for Business set up on 900 PCs
- Installation of Teams client apps on 300 PCs and mobile devices
- Training IT staff in Office 365 administration tools
- Company employees’ technical support at the migration stage
What we achieved
Thanks to the migration to Microsoft 365 the client was able to effectively organize the workflow with increased staff productivity and reduced costs.:
