Elcorе Group has successfully launched a Partner Self-Service Portal developed based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals (Microsoft Power Apps Portals).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals implementation is not the first project carried out by Innoware in cooperation with Elcore Group. Successful cooperation between the companies has been going on for over five years. During this period, Innoware specialists have implemented several projects. At the beginning of 2016 ERP-system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 was launched in the Elcore Group of companies, the next stage was the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) implementation which is now used to manage sales and service. Today, the Elcore Group holding continues to actively develop its business, as well as integrate all its business processes into a single high-tech environment, complementing it with new Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Prerequisites
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals became a logical holding’s business development continuation, focused on the formation of transparent and effective cooperation with its partners. The main goal of the Portal implementation is to reach a new, modern level of communication, in which partners have 24/7 access to Elcore Group services and can quickly make decisions and inform their customers about the current status of orders.

Dynamics 365 Portals implementation expanded Elcore Group’s online presence. Thanks to the synergy of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals with modern ERP and CRM systems (MS Dynamics AX 2012, MS Dynamics 365 for Sales).
On Dynamics 365 Portals self-service portal, on the personal account page, Elcore Group partners can see all the information necessary for productive and convenient work, in particular: the history of orders and settlements, price lists, including partner discounts and prices, invoices for payment, etc. All information is available in the context of dates, invoices, products, order numbers, etc. Based on all these data, any Elcore Group partner can independently form a new order and track the status of an existing one at any time of the day or night, as well as, if necessary, submit an appeal to the Elсore Group service department.
Also, within the framework of the project, the integration of Dynamics 365 Portals with the ZOOMOS. The system allows seeing which supplies detailed information about goods (attributes, descriptions, photographs) for their placement on the Portal.
